Tadow Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: August 19, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tadow mobile application and related services ("Tadow", "the App", "we", "us", or "our"). Tadow is operated by Mohammad Shehadeh.

By creating an account, accessing, or using Tadow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use Tadow.

1. Eligibility

Tadow is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. By creating an account or using Tadow, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account if we reasonably believe that the user does not meet the minimum age requirement or has provided false information.

2. Your Tadow Account

Certain features of Tadow require you to create an account. You may register using: email and password, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities performed through your account. You agree not to: provide false or misleading information; create an account for another person without authorization; attempt to access another user's account; use Tadow for unlawful purposes; or abuse, interfere with, or attempt to compromise Tadow or its systems. You may delete your account through the account deletion functionality provided within the App.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Tadow lawfully and responsibly. You must not use Tadow to: violate applicable laws or regulations; commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent activity; attempt to gain unauthorized access to Tadow or another user's account; interfere with the operation or security of Tadow; reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract source code from the App except where permitted by applicable law; use Tadow to impersonate another person or entity; or engage in activity that may harm Tadow, its users, or its partner merchants. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, misuse, or violations of these Terms.

4. Gift Cards

Tadow may offer gift cards that can be redeemed for eligible services provided by participating Tadow partner merchants. Gift cards: are redeemable only for the services specified for the applicable gift card or partner merchant; are not exchangeable for cash; may not be resold; are valid only until the expiration date shown on the applicable gift card; and may be subject to additional terms provided with the specific gift card or by the applicable partner merchant. Expired gift cards cannot be refunded or extended unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Tadow.

5. Gift Card Purchases and Zbooni

Gift card purchases may be completed through a third-party online store operated through Zbooni. When you choose to purchase a gift card, Tadow may open the relevant Zbooni page within an in-app WebView. The purchase and payment transaction is completed through Zbooni. Tadow does not directly process or store your payment-card information through the Tadow application. Information submitted during a Zbooni order may be used to fulfill and deliver the gift card. After an order is received, Tadow may manually process and deliver the gift card using the contact information provided with the order, including email or WhatsApp where applicable. Your use of Zbooni is also subject to Zbooni's own terms and policies.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all gift-card purchases are final and non-refundable. Expired gift cards cannot be refunded or extended. If you believe there is an error with your order, delivery, or gift card, please contact us at [email protected]. We may investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Gift Card Responsibility

Gift cards should be treated like cash. You are responsible for keeping your gift card, gift-card code, or other redemption information secure. Tadow is not responsible for unauthorized use of a gift card resulting from loss, theft, disclosure, or unauthorized access, except where otherwise required by applicable law. If fraudulent activity or misuse is detected, Tadow may cancel or deactivate the affected gift card without refund, subject to applicable law.

8. Partner Merchants

Tadow may connect users with participating partner merchants that provide the services associated with Tadow gift cards. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Tadow does not directly provide the services offered by partner merchants. Partner merchants are responsible for the quality, availability, safety, and fulfillment of the services they provide. The availability of a particular service may depend on the applicable partner merchant and its operating conditions. You may be subject to additional terms, restrictions, or booking requirements imposed by the applicable partner merchant.

9. No Guarantee of Partner Services

While we work with partner merchants, Tadow does not guarantee that a particular partner merchant will always be available or that a particular service will always be available at a particular time. Partner merchants are responsible for fulfilling the services associated with their offers. If you experience an issue with a partner service, you may contact us at [email protected] and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

10. Intellectual Property

Tadow and its associated content, including its name, logo, design, software, text, graphics, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Tadow and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use Tadow only for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit Tadow's intellectual property without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

11. Availability and Changes to the Service

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Tadow from time to time. We do not guarantee that Tadow or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may make changes to the App and its features to improve functionality, security, performance, or compliance with applicable requirements.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Tadow if: you violate these Terms; we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity; your use of Tadow creates a security or legal risk; you provide false or misleading information; or we are required to do so by law. You may stop using Tadow at any time and may delete your account through the App. Termination of an account does not automatically create a right to a refund for previously purchased gift cards, except where required by applicable law.

13. Disclaimers

Tadow is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that: Tadow will always be available or uninterrupted; the App will be free from errors or defects; information displayed through the App will always be complete or current; or partner merchants will always be available or provide a particular level of service. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or service quality of independent partner merchants, except to the extent required by applicable law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tadow and its operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from or relating to your use of Tadow or a gift card. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Fraud and Misuse

We may investigate suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, resale, misuse, or other violations of these Terms. Where we reasonably determine that a gift card or account has been involved in fraudulent or unauthorized activity, we may suspend or cancel the relevant account or gift card, subject to applicable law.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

Tadow may provide access to third-party services, including Zbooni and authentication services such as Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple. Third-party services are operated independently and may have their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, security, or availability of third-party services, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

17. Privacy

Your use of Tadow is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information. The Privacy Policy is available at: tadowapp.com/privacy

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of these Terms and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of Tadow after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to the laws applicable to Tadow and its operator, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your country or jurisdiction. Any dispute relating to these Terms shall be handled in accordance with applicable law.
