Tadow ("Tadow", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices you have when using the Tadow mobile application and related services.

1. Eligibility

Tadow is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. Tadow is not specifically designed or directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly permit individuals under 13 to create or maintain an account. If you believe that a person under 13 has created an account or provided personal information to us, please contact us at [email protected].

2. Information We Collect

When you use Tadow, we may collect the following information.

Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect: full name, email address, password, and profile photo if you choose to add one. Passwords are stored in encrypted/securely protected form and are not stored as plain-text passwords.

Sign-In Information

Tadow supports account authentication through: email and password, Google Sign-In, and Sign in with Apple. When you use a third-party sign-in provider, we may receive information made available to us by that provider, such as your name and email address, as permitted by your account settings and the provider's authentication process.

Technical Information

We may automatically collect certain technical information when you use Tadow, including: IP address, user agent information, and information necessary to operate, secure, and maintain our services. We use this information primarily for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and maintaining the reliability of our services. We do not use Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta SDKs, AppsFlyer, Sentry, RevenueCat, or similar analytics SDKs in the Tadow application based on our current implementation.

3. Profile Photos

Tadow allows users to optionally add a profile photo. If you choose to upload a profile photo, the photo is stored on our systems and associated with your account. You are not required to upload a profile photo to use Tadow.

4. How We Use Your Information

We may use the information we collect to: create and manage your Tadow account; authenticate your identity and allow you to sign in; provide and operate Tadow's features; display your profile information to the extent necessary for the application's functionality; process and manage requests and orders associated with our services; communicate with you about your account or support requests; provide customer support; protect our services against fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security threats; diagnose technical problems and improve the reliability of our services; and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Gift Cards and Zbooni

Tadow may provide links or an in-app WebView that allows you to access a third-party online store operated through Zbooni to purchase gift cards. Payment transactions are completed through the Zbooni service and are not processed directly by Tadow. Tadow does not collect or store your payment card details through the Tadow application. Information submitted through the Zbooni ordering process is handled by Zbooni according to its own terms and privacy practices. When we fulfill a gift card order, information from the order, including contact information such as an email address or WhatsApp/phone number, may be used by us to fulfill and deliver the gift card. We may manually record relevant order and contact information in our systems for the purpose of fulfilling and managing gift card orders. You should review Zbooni's applicable privacy policy and terms when using its services.

6. Sharing of Information

We may share personal information only when necessary to operate Tadow, provide requested services, protect our users and services, or comply with legal obligations. This may include sharing or providing information to: service providers that help us operate our infrastructure or services; third-party authentication providers, such as Google and Apple, when you choose to use their sign-in services; third-party services used to fulfill a transaction or requested service, such as Zbooni; and government authorities or other parties when required by applicable law or legal process. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

7. Data Storage

We store account and service information using our backend systems and a MySQL database. Information may include your name, email address, profile photo, securely protected password, IP address, user agent information, and information associated with gift card orders. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Cloudflare

We use Cloudflare for domain name system (DNS) services. Cloudflare is not used by the Tadow mobile application as an analytics platform.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Tadow's services, maintain user accounts, fulfill transactions, maintain security, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account where reasonably possible, unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legitimate purposes, such as legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or resolving disputes. Information that must be retained for these purposes will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary.

10. Account Deletion

You can delete your Tadow account directly from within the Tadow application. When an account is deleted, we will delete the personal information associated with that account from our active systems, subject to any information we are legally required or otherwise legitimately permitted to retain. You may also contact us at [email protected] to request deletion of your Tadow account and associated personal information. When making a deletion request by email, we may need to verify your identity before completing the request in order to protect your account and personal information.

11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to: request access to personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your account and personal information; ask questions about how your information is used; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, where applicable. 12. Third-Party Services

Tadow uses certain third-party services to provide specific functionality, including authentication and external purchasing services. These services may process information according to their own privacy policies. Current third-party services used by Tadow include: Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, and Zbooni when users access its gift card purchasing service. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these third-party services when using their services.

13. Children's Privacy

Tadow is intended for users 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information and associated account. 14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Tadow, our services, applicable laws, or our privacy practices. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
